947.0125(g) Knowingly permits or directs another person to send a message
prohibited by this section from any computer terminal or
other device that is used to send messages on an electronic mail
or other computerized communication system and that is under his
or her control.
I believe this applies to the owner of a LLC bulletin board that allows it users to obtain private information with the intent to intimidate or threaten. Wow, the criminals just keep mounding up. I believe this is what we refer to as a "slam dunk" in the legal world. I may be mistaken though. We will have to see if Mr. Caleb feels the same way.
